Hi, just a quick update to my blog for my work experience with JTC Health and Safety Services. Since the last post, I have helped Jason deliver the second day of training for a SMSTS course in Norwich. The content we covered (such as risk assessments and method statements) directly links to my recently submitted Health and Safety unit at college – Unit 5. So this gave me very valuable experience and understanding to reinforce my studies at college.

Today, I joined Jason for another training course. This was an environmental awareness course in Ipswich. I really enjoyed learning about how construction work directly impacts the environment and the health and safety element of construction. Then, in the afternoon, I registered a First Aid course which I also will help deliver.

At college, I have received my first grade for one of my assignments. This was part of Unit 6, Surveying. I received a Distinction grade, and I am very happy!
